Funding

Browse open EU, Latvian, Estonian and Lithuanian funding calls, matched against your keywords and services.

The Funding tab in Find tenders lists grants, loans and other funding calls from public funding sources. Calls that share words with your keywords and services are picked out for you, so you can see which programmes could co-finance your work. Any member of your organization can use it, and it does not use credits.

The catalogue is updated once a day. The status line above the list shows how many calls are listed, when the catalogue was last updated and, if a source could not be updated, which one. The list then keeps that source's last calls.

Views

ViewWhat it shows
MatchedCalls still open for applications that score 40 or higher against your keywords and services, highest score first. The default view once you have keywords or services.
AllEvery listed call except the ones you dismissed. Calls you can still apply for come first, nearest deadline at the top.
FollowedCalls you follow.
DismissedCalls you dismissed.

Narrow any view with Status (for example Open, Open continuously or Planned), Type (grant, loan, guarantee and others) and Source. Each choice shows how many calls it would leave.

Each row shows the funding body and its country, why the call matched, the type, the deadline with the days left (or the date the call opens), the amount and what it means (Per project, Total budget or Remaining), and the score. The call title opens the source's own page in a new tab.

How calls are matched

Matching uses the Keywords, Negative keywords and services set up under Find tenders settings:

  • A keyword matches when its words appear in the call's title, summary or keywords.
  • A service matches when every word of its name appears in the call. Service descriptions are not used.
  • A call that contains a negative keyword is excluded, with Excluded by “…” as the reason.
  • A call whose listed countries do not include your organization's country is marked Listed countries do not include your country and is not matched.

Matching compares words, not eligibility: it does not check whether your organization can apply. Unlike tender matching, keywords are not matched by meaning, so add the words a call would use. Read the call's conditions before you apply.

Without keywords or services, the tab opens on All, and Edit keywords takes you to the settings.

Following and dismissing

  • Follow - click the star on a row. The call appears in Followed. Click it again to stop following.
  • Dismiss - click the cross on a row. The call moves to Dismissed, with Undo available there.

Follows and dismissals are shared by everyone in your organization.
