Daily email
The morning email with new tenders that match your selection.
Early each morning, after the nightly scoring, owners and admins get an email with the new tenders at or above your organization's Notification threshold (80 by default). The subject reads, for example, "4 new tenders matching the selection of Your Company". It is written in each person's own language.
What each tender shows
- the title and the buyer
- Relevance - the score from 0 to 100
- Eligibility - the score and any gaps, "Based on the notice only" when that applies, or Not checked when the tender has not been checked yet
- Deadline - the date and the days left, or Closed / Not stated
- one line on how it was found: the CPV code or the keyword
- the estimated value and the country
- a link to the tender page
The email lists up to 20 tenders, highest relevance first, and says so when there are more. Open in Tendergate and View high-relevance tenders open the full list.
What is left out
- tenders below the notification threshold
- tenders you dismissed
- tenders excluded by a negative keyword
- tenders whose deadline has already passed
Each procedure once
A procedure is emailed only once per organization. It is not emailed again when:
- it is published a second time, for example in TED after IUB
- the buyer publishes a correction
- its score changes after a recalculation
Turning the email off
Each email has an Unsubscribe from these tender match emails link. It stops the emails for you only; other owners and admins keep getting them.
To get more or fewer emails, change the Notification threshold in the selection and scoring settings.
