Tendergate

Tenders on your website

Paste one code snippet into your website, and it lists your published tenders and updates by itself.

Paste this code into your website once. It lists your published tenders, for example on your "Procurements" page, and updates by itself.

Open Publication in a buying workspace, then Configure website integration. You can also open Account settings → Publishing → Tenders on your website. These settings apply to all your organization's published tenders. Owners and admins can change it; other members see it read-only.

Turn it on

  1. Under Show my tenders on other websites, tick the box and click Save. The page now shows the code.

  2. Under Options, choose:

    • Language: Latvian or English.
    • Show: Open tenders only, or Open and recent.
    • Number of tenders: 5, 10 or 20.

Click Update code after changing them.

  3. Pick the kind of code and click Copy code:

    • Script (recommended): add an HTML or embed block to your page and paste the code. It sets no cookies and does not change your page's styles.
    • Iframe: use this if your site does not allow outside scripts.
    • JSON feed: for developers, the same list as JSON, refreshed every 5 minutes.
  4. Paste the code into your website.

Preview shows the list as it will look, with Desktop and Mobile widths.

If your site has a strict content security policy, it must allow scripts (script-src) or frames (frame-src) from Tendergate, as the help line under each code says. When it can allow neither, use the JSON feed.

What visitors see

Each row shows the tender title, which opens its page on Tendergate in a new tab, its status, the reference number and the deadline. Open tenders also show the days left, and the estimated value when you show it to bidders. At the bottom, Published on Tendergate links to all your tenders.

With Open and recent, awarded and ended tenders stay on the list for 90 days. When there is nothing to show, the list says "No open tenders right now." or "No tenders to show."

Invite-only and draft tenders are never shown. The list sets no cookies and uses no tracking.

Turn it off or reset the code

  • Untick Show my tenders on other websites and click Save. Pages that use the code then show an empty list; nothing breaks.
  • Create a new code replaces the code. The current code stops showing tenders, so replace it on your website with the new one. Use this, for example, if the code ended up on a site where it should not be.
