Tendergate now speaks German
The full interface is available in German alongside English and Latvian — switch with the language selector in the top bar. Analysis reports, research runs, and preparation checklists can be produced in German as well. Documentation remains available in English and Latvian.
The system tells you when it could not verify something
When the second-opinion agent cannot re-read the evidence behind a finding, an evaluation criterion value, or a requirement row, the item is now marked Not verified instead of being confirmed by default. Register screening results carry their own label rather than a verification checkmark, so a confirmed mark always means a document was actually re-read.
See how peers structured similar tenders
An RFP quality check can now show a Peer Insights tab: how other organizations that published comparable tenders set up their evaluation, requirements, and documents, placed side by side with your own. Every insight links to the source tender, flags how likely it is to apply to you, and can be dismissed. Peer Insights are advisory — they never change your quality recommendation. Coverage is currently strongest for Latvian tenders and grows as more published tenders are analyzed.
Automatic bidder screening against public registers
Bid analysis now includes an Eligibility & Capacity panel that automatically checks the bidder, its subcontractors, and its owners and board members against Latvian open-data registers — sanctions, insolvency, suspended activity, VAT status and tax debt — and raises a finding when an exclusion ground applies. Financial turnover, construction qualification class and certified specialists are matched to the bidder and shown alongside, so you no longer verify each register by hand.
Full company and person details, traceable to the source
Click any screened company or person to open its complete register record — status, address, beneficial owners, shareholders and board members — with a link straight to the original data.gov.lv dataset behind every data point.

RFP quality checks now have a focused workspace under Tools. Choose the complete document package as files or a folder, follow the review, return to earlier results, and export the findings to Excel. One full quality check is included with every new account, with no credit card required.
Legal review in the right jurisdiction
Quality checks can now auto-detect and apply the national procurement rules for Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, and Germany, in addition to Latvia and the EU directive. Latvian reviews can also search published IUB complaint decisions and cite a relevant precedent when it directly supports a finding.

Tenders from 11 new national sources
You can now discover tenders from official sources in Poland, Lithuania, France, Austria, Czechia, Estonia, Norway, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, and Ireland. Newly imported open tenders from these sources automatically enter the daily matching flow for your company profile. Daily feeds refresh every day, while snapshot-based feeds update as publishers release new data.
Reads Images, Charts & Scanned Documents
The analysis and RFP agents now read the actual content of images, charts, diagrams, scanned pages, stamps, and signatures using a vision model — instead of guessing from a file's name. Scanned documents and figures buried in pictures are analyzed on what they really contain, and blank or decorative images produce no invented findings.
Analysis in the Procurement's Language
Tendergate now detects the language of the RFP automatically and produces its findings, summaries, and Excel exports in that language — down to every cell value. A Latvian tender no longer comes back reviewed in English, and you can still pick a language manually.
