    Pamatojoties uz Līguma 10.2 un 10.3. punktu, noslēdz Vienošanos Nr.1 (turpmāk – Vienošanās) par sekojošo: 1. Puses vienojas pagarināt Darbu izpildes termiņu un izteikt Līguma 2.1. punktu šādā redakcijā: “2.1. Izpildītājs Darbus izpilda un nodod Pasūtītājam līdz 2026.gada 31.jūlijam.”. 2. Pārējās Pušu saistības, kas pielīgtas saskaņā ar Līgumu, netiek grozītas un tiek izpildītas atbilstoši noslēgtajam saistību apmēram.
