Līguma ietvaros nepieciešams veikt iepriekš neparedzētus darbus - Vārpu ielā notikušā ūdensvada plīsuma rezultātā tika izskalota caurtekas pamatne, radot nepieciešamību nomainīt bojāto caurteku, lai nodrošinātu meliorācijas sistēmas pilnvērtīgu un drošu ekspluatāciju, Puses konstatē, ka minētie darbi ir veicami nekavējoties un to izpildi nav iespējams atlikt uz vēlāku laiku.
Nepieciešams veikt iepriekš neparedzētus darbus.
