Būvdarbu izpildes laikā tika konstatēti apstākļi, kuru dēļ bija nepieciešams veikt izmaiņas būvprojektā, līdz ar to paredzēto darbu sastāvā un apjomos. Papildus Izpildītājs ir informējis Pasūtītāju par objekt;iviem, no Izpildītāja gribas un darbības neatkarīgiem apstākļiem, kas tieši ietekmē būvdarbu izpildes termiņu, proti, ģeopolitiskās situācijas Hormuza šauruma dēļ automobiļu svaru piegādes termiņš ir pagarinājies, līdz ar to, nepieciešams pagarināt izpildes termiņu.
