Atbilstoši Publisko iepirkumu likuma 61. panta trešās daļas 4. punkta b) apakšpunktam - SIA "A6" stāšanās SIA “Warss+” vietā Līgumā izriet no SIA “Warss+” reorganizācijas (Latvijas Republikas Uzņēmumu reģistra 2026. gada 16. jūnija lēmums Nr. 6-12/43971/1), neparedz izmaiņas Līguma priekšmetā, līgumcenā, izpildes termiņos vai citos būtiskajos Līguma noteikumos.
